Policies & Help
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Orders placed before 2pm IST are dispatched the same working day; everything else moves the next.
Standard delivery reaches metro cities in 2–4 working days and the rest of the country in 4–7. Shipping is free with online payment. A flat ₹99 shipping charge applies to cash on delivery orders.
Raise a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from your account or by writing to orders@thesuitstudio.in. The piece must be unworn and unwashed with its original tags intact.
Reverse pickup is free at serviceable PIN codes. Once the parcel reaches us and passes a quality check, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; COD orders are refunded by bank transfer. Accessories and altered pieces are not eligible for return.
Compare the numbered sizes previously shown on our suits with letter sizes and approximate EU/FR ranges. Conversions vary by brand and garment.

By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Product photographs are shot in natural light; slight colour variation between screens and the delivered piece is normal for hand-dyed and hand-worked fabrics. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order — name, contact details, delivery address and payment confirmation. Card details are handled entirely by PayU and never touch our servers.
We do not sell or rent your data. Marketing emails are opt-in and every one carries a one-click unsubscribe. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, write to hello@thesuitstudio.in.
